So, I've been playing Tron: Evolution, and I kinda wanna be like, "Hey, Flynn. Remember the first time you were stuck in the grid, and you asked yourself, 'why did I make all those tank programs?' Well, why did you recreate all those tank programs?! Cuz it would be REALLY NICE if Clu didn't have them."

That said, this game is hella fun.

That's interesting... most movie-tie-in games absolutely blow.

I just started back in WoW last night, FWIW saying. Ruh-row. :)

I haven't played WoW in several months.

BTW, this game is AMAZING. It got a really bad review in Game Informer, so I was skeptical at first, but now I'm convinced that the reviewer was not a Tron fan to begin with, and that's the only reason they didn't like it.

Because seriously. It is amazing.

There's the games, of course. You get to beat the shit out of people with your disc, race lightcycles, fight tanks (ARRRRRGH), and all the cool activities you would expect of a Tron game, but there's also a lot of plot-related bits as well. You get to run around with Quorra a fair bit, and you encounter Tron, Kevin, Clu, Zuse, and many of the other characters from the movies. I don't want to spoil you for the actual plotty bits of the game, but it takes place between Tron: Betrayal (the graphic novel) and Tron: Legacy, and it really does answer a lot of questions.

The graphics and animation are fantastic. The transition between gameplay and cut scenes is seamless, with almost no load time. (This is on the PS3 version. I don't know what the PC version is like.)

Since I know you like Tron a lot, I would say that if you like Tron nearly as much as me, YOU NEED TO GET THIS GAME. :D

Alas, I don't have any of those game consoles or operating systems, so I shall live vicariously through you. Enjoy!!!

Oh, you have a Mac and not a PC? :/

Well, I will see if I can hunt down videos of the really good cut scenes for you, or maybe just some of the bits with Quorra.

Ah, well, if you check YouTube first, then YOU better not spoil ME. :D

And my current computer was actually a gift, the guy who gave it to me built it for me, and so far I have had no problems with it. I don't personally have anything against Macs (the first computers I used were Macs). If anything, I think the only real disadvantage of Macs is that the OS is incompatible with so many things. (Like playing certain PC games.)

Oh I could fire up VMWare and play Tron in Windows on my Mac ... not sure how well it would react, but I could try sometime.
